Dr. Robert F. Dieli is the founder and president of RDLB, Inc., an economic research and consulting firm based in Lombard, Illinois. He brings more than four decades of experience in forecasting, economic analysis, risk management and investment portfolio strategy to NoSpinFORECAST.

Dr. Dieli began his career in 1978 at the Continental Illinois National Bank, where he specialized in short-term forecasting, industrial commodities, and inflation. He later designed and implemented risk analysis and reporting systems for senior management.

In 1987, he joined the Northern Trust Company as Vice President and Economist, coordinating its domestic economic forecasting program. In 1994, he moved to the short-term fixed-income portfolio management desk where he oversaw over $3.5 billion in discretionary fixed income portfolios for high-net-worth and institutional clients.

He earned his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin in 1977. Today, Dr. Dieli applies his experience through NoSpinFORECAST helping a wide client base of business executives, individual investors and investment advisors navigate our complex competitive environment with clarity, confidence and insight.
